Bookings are first come first served, with a contract and payments to reserve your date. There are no hard "deadlines" for booking Juiced Events services and we don't want you to feel rushed, but the sooner you start a conversation with us, the sooner you can secure your favourite DJ package, photo booth service, and event tech! You can always tweak your order as your needs evolve during the planning process.

Of course! We'd love to sit down for a coffee at our office in north Red Deer (or over a video chat if that's more convenient for you) so we can get to know each other better and answer any questions you may have about DJ services, photo booths, and all other types of Event Tech & Entertainment.

If you'd like to reserve a DJ, photo booth, or anything else for your date, fantastic! We'll gather some preliminary information to send you an agreement to review, and then spread out your payments over three non-refundable instalments:

1) $630 (including tax) upon booking
2) $630 due 120 days before your event
3) remaining balance due 30 days before your event

Yes! When you book Juiced Events, we'll start with your best guess as to what you'll need for DJs, MCs, photo booths, and event tech. As your planning progresses and your needs evolve, you can always fine-tune your timeline or your order throughout the planning process. Be advised that services and products do sell out over time, so don't wait till the last minute to add on a photo booth to your DJ package!

Sometimes plans change! We get it. You may choose to cancel your booking at any time for any reason, no questions asked. Just let us know in writing so we can send you a cancelation agreement to confirm your decision.

Ensure your payments are up to date. Any instalments that were due before the date of the cancelation agreement must still be paid, and are non-refundable. Any instalments that were due after the date of the cancelation agreement will be waived and refunded if already paid. See your contract for details.

In short, once you ask us to reserve your date and commit to your booking, we start investing time and money into your project that we cannot get back, and we begin turning away opportunities to help others interested in booking our services for that date. When you commit to us, we commit to you!
